No. TopCoder is a macOS desktop app. Technical interviews (coding rounds, system design, behavioral) happen on your laptop anyway, so that's where TopCoder runs.
Currently TopCoder is macOS only. The stealth technology relies on macOS-specific capabilities. Windows and Linux support may come in the future.

Technical mode handles coding, algorithms, and system design — you get a naive and an optimal solution with working code and complexity. Behavioral mode answers "tell me about a time…" questions from a prep document you upload, as a natural first-person script you can read aloud. Switch between them with Cmd+Shift+B during the interview.
No. During a session the overlay is click-through — your mouse passes straight through it to the browser, so there is no window-focus change for a platform to detect, and you can't accidentally click it. Its keyboard shortcuts are intercepted by the system and never reach the browser, so a platform that watches for keystrokes can't see them either. Everything is keyboard-driven and invisible to screen capture.
No. TopCoder does not appear under its own name in Activity Monitor. It runs under a generic system process name, so there's nothing to connect it to the app even if someone checks your running processes.
